Bike for elephants 2019

Join our tenth charity bike ride for the survival of the Asian elephant! This is a unique opportunity to learn about the ‘Beehive Fence Project’!

The weekend of the 26th and 27th of January or the 2nd or 3rd of Februayr 2019 (tbd), we invite you to join our ‘Bike for Elephants’ tour in the exotic eastern part of Thailand. Two days of adventure and fun biking through the mountains, plantation whilst enjoying an amazing view of the eastern forest complex in Chantaburi Province.

This charity bike ride supports innovative wild elephant conservation projects

Tentative Route: From Ridge to Reef (120 km)
Day 1:
08.00 – 18.00 Cycling from Khun Song – Pawa in Kang Hang Maew district, around 50 km on and off-road. Visit the beehive fences project, taste fresh honey and we even have a chance to see wild elephants!

Day 2:
8.00 – 17.00 Challenge to the reef, ride 60 km to Thailand’s most amazing route by the sea. Destination: Chalermburapha Utit viewpoint.

Costs:
Participation fee: 6,500 THB
Additional fees:
Bicycle rental (including helmet and water bottle): +1,000 THB
Pick up service: +700 THB from Utapao airport, +1,000 THB from Bangkok
Single room: +350 THB
