Join our eighth charity bike ride for the survival of the Asian elephant! This is a unique opportunity to learn about the ‘Beehive Fence Project’!
The weekend of the 4th and 5th 2017, we invite you to join our ‘Bike for Elephants’ tour in the exotic eastern part of Thailand. Two days of adventure and fun biking through the mountains, plantation whilst enjoying an amazing view of the eastern forest complex in Chantaburi Province.

Tentative Route: From Ridge to Reef (100 – 120 km)
Day 1: February 4, 2017
08.00 – 19.00 Cycling from Khun Song – Pawa in Kang Hang Maew district, around 40-50 km on and off road and visits beehive fences project. With a chance to observe wild elephants
Day 2: February 5, 2017
8.00 – 17.00 Challenge to the reef, Starting point from KANG TA RA Hotel, ride 60 km to Thailand’s most amazing route by the sea. Destination, Chalermburapha Utit road.

Total participation fee:
225 euro – 245 USD – 202 GBP – 8500 THB per person *.
Including a registration fee registration fee:
90 euro – 100 USD – 82 GBP – 3500 THB
Including a donation for projects to contribute to wild elephants conservation, such as
beehive fencing, research, community engagement and habitat improvement:
135 euro – 145 USD – 120 GBP – 5000 THB

Your contribution includes safety instructions, a t-shirt, overnight stay, mountain bike rental, helmet, all meals and drinks. Also included: meeting the research team, seeing the beehive fences in action, a lot of new impressions, new friendships and an experience you won’t forget.
The route: Tour de Chang from Chantaburi to Chalermburapa Utit Road (most beautiful scenic route in Thailand). More info will be updated.
